I am preparing for my PPL exam and wanted to know where I can find information on Low Flying over Non Populous Area.

I have come across questions such as: "If there is obstacle of 1500m AMSL over a non populous route then what is the lowest altitude height that can be flown?" OR "If there is obstacle of 1500m AGL over a non populous route then what is the lowest altitude height that can be flown?"

There are CAO's regarding Low Flying over a Populous area but not sure where to find regarding Low Flying over Non Populous Area.

If you can advise then it would be great.
