Hi Bob,
Can a passenger ever be carried on a training flight?
I know CAR 249 prohibits passengers when 'flying training is given to a [u]student[/u] pilot', but what about endorsement training, when the pilot is no longer a student pilot?
If the answer is still no, why do the regs here not simply say passengers are prohibited in any 'flying training'?
