This is an old post and Rhys' order has been well and truly processed, but here's a note for anyone else asking the same question:

[li]Orders are processed during work hours and will be processed in the order they are received.[/li]
[li]Digital orders once entered are synchronised with the online school enrolment system and this synchronisation can take up to an hour after processing. We are working on a fully automated system and this will be rolled out after we migrate to our new servers shortly.[/li]
[li]New students receive an email with the login details at www.bobtait-online.com and existing users simply use their old details and the new product will appear in their course list automatically.[/li]
