Hi,
I'm finding it hard to find information with regards to Airspace procedure with SARTIME and how it might be used? Where can I find the adequate information? Cheers!

Try AIP ENR 1.10 Flight Planning. Look under Flight notification which is about page ENR 1.10-4.
Don't know about airspace procedures but it will talk about operational categories that could affect you as a PPL such flights over water, flights at night more than 120nm etc.
