Runways are named according to their magnetic direction to the nearest 10°. Runway 12/30 has a direction of 120 or 300 depending on your take-off direction. A wind of 300°M is coming from the direction of 300°M. So, if you take off on runway 12, that will be a tail wind and if you take off on runway 30 that will be a headwind.
