On page 4.52 Q.12 the solution for PNR requires a calculation of safe endurance for a charter Echo aircraft. The instruction "Aircraft data for use in the following questions" says to "[b]calculate fixed reserve at the cruise rate[/b]".
The cruise power specified in question 12 is [b]65%[/b] which is [b]28 gph[/b] for the Echo aircraft making the fixed reserve 21 gal.
However the solution provided is calculated with only 15 gal fixed reserve.
Is this because [b]questions 1 - 11[/b] refer to non-Echo aircraft and are to use the Aircraft Data specified at the top of the review questions list, whereas [b]question 12[/b] refers to the Echo Data only?

Question 12 specifies that you are flying an Echo aircraft, so the Echo fuel policy will apply. The details given in the beginning of the set of questions refers to the first 11 questions. If a question specifies an Echo, then use Echo fuel policy.
