Max fuel add to mains

I’m a bit stuck on the thinking behind the following question... attached... I’m all good with using the c of g envelope to work out how much weight to put in... a bit confused about all the numbers...
fwdlimit in the suppliment says 2400 for weight under 2360kg... but by adding the 93kg...why did they choose this number..? It takes it to 2421kg so shouldn’t the fwd limit be 2400mm? But it’s states that 2416mm is now the fwd limit

You actually answered why but then contradicted yourself, you're correct that below 2360kg the fwd limit is 2400mm.

But adding the weight took it to 2421kg which is more than 2360kg, so a new fwd limit must be found

As you put fuel in the mains, the centre of gravity moves forward, but the forward limit moves back. You hit the forward limit with 93kg in the mains.
