Hi,

I am going through the book and got a bit confused on one of the questions - Page 5.11 exercise 5.5 question 2.

The answers state that the MTOW is 2900kg which is what I got as well from the 'beetle' diagram. however, in the answers it jumps straight to the maximum fuel at take off which is 443kg. How was this worked out? There is no workings shown.

I worked it backwards using the same method in the previous questions (flow chart) and got max fuel of 353kg.

Help would be much appreciated.
