Should I revise the TAS given by questions( like PNR,ETP) to E-TAS if there's a very strong crosswind?
Waiting for answers online.

It is always more accurate to use effective TAS if you are using a Jep computer. However, except for very strong cross wind components, it usually makes little difference to the final answer.
