Hi Guys,
Just wondering if the RDS is required for the exam? Any questions that you could not answer without the RDS infront of you? I've got the normal ERSA, and will purchase the RDS but I don't think Airservices will be able to get one to me before the exam.

Yes you will need access to the RDS. It is likely some questions could relate to an actual aerodrome where you might have to use TODA or runway slope etc from ERSA. Maybe you could arrange to borrow the RDS from someone.
