Hi Bob and Stuart,
Can i please clarify whether the Validity for the grid point weather forecast is valid FROM or valid TO?
Below shows the issue time and the valid time.... in this example is it valid from 0300?... if so what happens with the coverage of the time before the forecast is valid?...

The forecast is valid[b] from[/b] 0300 the GPWT are issued at six hour intervals the previous forecast valid [b]till[/b] 0300 although not stated in the legend
