Allo,
Just want to ask simple question,
Can anyone explain to me what is the difference between SKY (sky clear) and NSC / CAVOK (Nil Significant Cloud)?

Hi,
You'll find the definition of these in AIP GEN 3.5 para. 3.6 and 4.4.1:
SKC (Sky Clear) means no cloud, the sky is clear.
NSC means there may be some cloud but nothing of any importance e.g. less than 1/8th covered
CAVOK means vis of 10km or more, SKC or NSC below 5000ft (or below the lowest 25nm sector altitude whichever is greater), no CB or TCU anywhere and no significant weather (e.g. smoke, mist etc).
