The test answers don't make sense to me.

Question No 14. The answer is [b] since from 00 the cloud base at Mt Victoria will be 4500 feet.
Question No 15. The answer is [d] because after 2300 the cloud base will be 5000 feet.

Thank you Bob. I like how you replied to my question. The attachments are great.
Turns out I was using my Day vfr booklet TAF5 as my reference thinking it was a match to your TAF5.
My apologies.
