Question 15 on Page 164.
Answer on Page 173 is d - The Wind at FL140 id 280M at 19.
Are GPWT winds not TRUE, making the correct answer b - Terrain higher than 2000’ AMSL?

According to our masters, the answer given on page 173 is (b) 'Terrain is higher than 2000ft AMSL). If it ever was a mis-type it is now correct in the current print of the book. Thanks for your feed-back. It is appreciated.
