Hey, I was just confused about the "Special Deal for ILS Capable Flights" regarding alternate minimas. Does VH-OZY qualify for this?

The equipment list for OZY is given in the front pages of the book. It has only one VOR/ILS with glideslope and marker beacon receiver, so iit does not qualify for the special alternate minima.
