Question 3 of set 4 on page 315 of the book is about flying into Cooma Snowy Mountains at night. The gist of the question is about when you can go visual and stop flying the instrument procedure.
The answer is 5nm and established on the TVASIS.
I would have thought within the circling area, as I can't find any evidence there is TVASIS at Cooma Snowy Mountains? Where do I find this, as it seems to only be PAPI?

Try AIP ENR 1.5 para 1.15 b 5 (current edition)
It took a while, but Air Services have finally got around to saying you can use either VASIS or PAPI. After all, they provide exactly the same information. If you can use PAPI in IMC, surely you can use it in visual conditions.
