Hey Bob,
Just wondering if Sid question given to find ROC in a radar vectored airspace with only TAS given and 10 knot tailwind, will I still compensate for the tailwind since wind is not compensated for in a radar vectored airspace.

You don't compensate for wind when being radar vectored. But when you fly a SID, you do compensate for wind if the instruction is to 'track' in a certain direction (that is, you must compensate for drift, but not head or tail wind). However, when it comes to rate of climb required to achieve a given minimum climb gradient, if you have a ground speed, you have already compensated for wind.
