Hey Bob,
Just a question on recency
You are the holder of a command instrument rating endorsed for single engine only. A new contract requires you to act as pilot in command to regular IFR charter flights in a twin engine B1900. What are the minimum additional qualification required before you can legally conduct this flight?.
(A) you must gain the appropriate aircraft endorsement and pass an initial multi engine command instrument rating flight test
(B) YOU must gain the appropriate aircraft endorsement.

(A) looks good. A single engine instrument rating does not cover you for a twin. Also you would have to be endorsed on the aircraft type.
