In the 2016 issue of the IREX book, "Part 8 - Operational MET Assessment Test"; Question 14 asks for the provision of TAF for Cowra. The answer provided says that the TAF is issued as determined by consultation with clients. Also referring to GEN 3.5 - 3.4.3 note 2, it says that TAF will be provided upon request for other locations in support of SAR and emmergency flights. Seeing that Cowra doesn't fall into the list of aerodromes in GEN 3.5 para 16, I'm confused as to why the answer isn't "a".

The AIP has been amended many times since 2016. That is one of the burdens that we must bare. You are correct, the answer should now be (a). Thanks for your feed-back. I'll change the answer in the book.
