I have just completed the first of the practice exams and have question regarding from the below question:
An IFR flight in VH-OZY is estimating arrival at Sydney International Airport at 2230 UTC.
The Sydney TAF is as follows:
TAF YSSY 231730 UTC 2318/2324 15012KT 9999 SCT025 SCT040
INTER 2318/2408 4000 RASH SCT010
T 16 18 19 19 Q 1020 1021 1020 1018
The minimum alternate or holding requirements for this flight are -
I selected 50 min due to inter and traffic hold requirements as per (JEPPS ATC - AU-514 10.2.2.1)
this has been marked wrong with the correct answer being 20min holding.
could someone please assist with explaining this??

If you have both ILS available on the plane, your minima is down to 700ft/2.5km vis. Thus, you do not need the inter holding, just the traffic holding.
