I've attached a screenshot of a question from one of the practice exams, it's asking for instrument requirements for an aircraft <5700kg freight only air transport. it references the Part 91 MOS 26.08 and looking into it there is no mention of the said answer. having looked in the 135 MOS it makes more sense that it would come from there. I could be wrong, thoughts?

You'll see your correct. As per the screenshot
