The last paragraph on this page implies that the MDA for the S-I NDB/DME approach is 4210' . That being said, the Armidale DAP plate on the previous page shows that MDA (4210') to be associated with the S-I NDB approach.
In addition, the paragraph above talks about descent to the IAF at the 195 radial (B-015) - to my mind the 195 radial is the IAF.
You have a point there and I must admit that the wording of that paragraph needs some attention. I have changed it to say that the descent to 5000ft must should be commenced [i][b]at[/b][/i] the IAF. I have also made it clear that the two approach minima are for aircraft with or without DME. Thank's for your feed-back, it is appreciated.
