Could I please have your advice on two issues
1 With ref to PEC
When applying 50 ft to DA in lieu of pec ENR 1.5 1.19.3
Is this applied all the way down the glide slope or only at DA
2 With ref to actual Aerodrome QNH and forecast area QNH
When reducing minima by 100 ft or adding 50 ft respectively
Is this also applied to the whole approach ie IAF FAF DME -ALT CHART MSA ETC or only to landing (MDA ) circling and alternate minima as in ENR 1.5 5.3.2
Does definition of landing minima in this case refer to just MDA or all heights along approach

Hi Nic
In every case you have referred to in paragraphs 1, 2 & 3 of your post, the allowance is applied to the MDA or Alternate Minimum only. No other published height is affected.
