Just wait until you fly your first IFR sortie and you'll be glad the exams were so thorough! I cut my teeth on EMS/SAR ops landing at a GPS reference point in the middle of nowhere on the darkest of nights! No NVG's in those days either.

The IREX will open many doors and get you ready for your ATPL exams.
