Where on earth do i get part 61? on the part 61 download it says you can take 61.855-61.905 into the exam as long as its bound. so where can i get that to download so i can take it in?

Some of those changes don't seem to be in the CASR's yet e.g. CASR Part 61 still talks about Student Pilot Licences but the amendment package states the Student pilot licence no longer exists...
