I'm looking at the TAF 3 on the page mentioned, and the first question is asking what the operational requirements are arriving at YBBN at 280035 (10:35 local on the 28th).
Is this an error? The validity seems to commence from 2822 (8am local on the 29th) .
Just want to make sure I'm not interpreting something incorrectly, thanks very much.

Had the same issue and with a quick search ended up here.
Appears to just ignore the TAF3 validity period.
A search for 185 brought me here also.
I assumed it was a typo, and the TAF should have read FM290030 xxxxx
As it makes no sense for a forecast effective from 2822 to include a from 21 hours earlier in the day.
And then likewise, the question should have read the same (an arrival at 290035).
With those corrections, I believe it would make more sense.
