Hey bob
got another question for you. If you're doing an ILS app and glideslope fails before the FAP but after the IAP can you switch over to do a LOC app?

Providing you are above the LOC MDA, you can switch to a LOC procedure. Obviously, if you were below the LOC MDA when the glide slope failed, you would have to do an immediate missed approach.
