First of all thanks for the IREX study book. I self studied and only got one question wrong in the exam.
I have a question which I cannot seem to definitively answer.
Can I legally depart IFR from a non towered aerodrome on a PVT flight if I cannot get centre on VHF, am in an AC without HF, and don't have a SARTIME for dep, by departing on a broadcast basis then contacting centre as soon as possible on VHF.? Am I correct in thinking this is possible if it is a PVT flight?
