Hello everyone. i just started irex theory and im having a problem of understanding how to find the new heading after the intercept on ndb.
from what i understand from the book is that i must applied my TE and CA to my old HDG to get my the heading after the intercept. but im not getting when to ADD or when to SUBstract my TE or CA to the hdg. each time im getting a logic behind it, it seems not to work.
Exercise 11 on page 53.
im pretty sure im missing an important logic in it.
After much thought, i think i got the answer myself. if a heading took us more from our FPT we substract. if a heading too us less to our fpt we add.
like if FPT is 200
hdg is 185 and tmg is 190, we add TE CA to our hdg after intercept
if hdg is 210 and tmg is 206 we substract TE CA to our hgd after intercept.
