Can someone please help me with the following question. I think that the chart magnetic heading has changed because the answer that I get is not on the list.

You departed Dubbo for Gunnedah at time 0030UTC using only NDBs for track guidance. ADF 1 is tuned to Dubbo . At time 0045 ADF 1 indicates 183 degrees R. Your heading of 041 degrees M and the ADF 1 indication have been constant since 0030UTC. The track error and drift since your departure have been respectively -

When I look up the chart is says that the magnetic heading is 038 (flight planned track - FPT).
