I don't see this SID departure still in the DAP's. I have looked online too. Can you please confirm.

The departure is still the same, Looks like the chart has been renamed SID RWYS WEST (NON-JET) (RNAV) I'll amend the question to reflect the change.
Sorry about that they can never leave anything alone.
