I am confused with this question where you say in the question that the actual QNH is [u]NOT[/u] available but then select an answer that is 100ft off the stated minimum. Which leads to the QNH being available. The only correct answer that I saw was the not below 5100. Can you please check this and let me know.

You are correct. If the actual QNH is not available, you cannot take 100 off the MDA of 870ft. The answer has been changed from 770 to 870.
