More IREX exam prep question query.
Question 25 attached. My approach chart shows FAF at 1470 - does the question need to be updates or am I missing something?

If you are perfectly established on the 3° final approach path, you should be at 1470ft, but you must not be lower than 1300ft.

The correct answer is "Descent below 1470 to 640 feet may commence at any time after the FAF'. So the question does not require updating.
