I think I found an error in a question on the IREX exam prep

I had a look at the DME/GNSS arrival but the question specifically says "If the actual QNH is not available" but then the answers says 770' because you could remove 100' if you had the qnh. So out of the answers I picked the next one above 770'

This still hasn't been amended, I got this one in my last practice exam. Hopefully someone notices
