you are flying class G you wanna level change to class E . what u have to say to ATC ?
a.position, level
b position, level, track
c position, level, track and destination

There is no requirement to obtain a clearance if you are VFR in class E airspace. You need to listen out on the appropriate frequency, squawk 1200 and remain in VMC. If you are in Class E and want to request a surveillance information service (SIS), such as flight following, then you must advise your position, level and intentions to ATC once your request for an SIS has been acknowledged. AIP GEN 3.3 para 2.16.7

If you are IFR you will need a clearance to enter class E.
