flying in imc from taree to tamworth in vh-ozy , you commence dme/gnss arrival , you have not maintain recency on rnav approach. passing 3200 feet you notice that vor has failed .
the answer is: continue with gnss /dme arrival as long as raim is available
i dont understand why should i conduct a miss approach straight away , since there is no recency of rnav approach and vor fail (thats mean dme fail as well??)

There is a big difference between an RNAV/GNSS Approach and a GNSS or DME Arrival procedure. You do not need recency on an RNAV/GNSS Approach to use the GPS for distance information and the Tamworth DAP says you can track on either the VOR or NDB for the GNSS or DME arrival procedure. So, use the GPS for distance information only (as long as RAIM is available) and track on the NDB.
