Hi Bob, and other fellow aviators,
For CIR Revision Questions Set 6 - Q5: When the question states "Weather at Cunnamulla and Roma imposes no operational requirements" do we ignore the fact that Cunnamulla does not receive a TAF service (making it require an alternate as per ENR 1.10 1.2.1a)?
Happy if that is the case - just wondering how tricky CASA will be in the Exam.
Cheers
Brett
Thanks for the feedback Bret. Cunnamulla did have a TAF service when that question was originally written. I have now amended it to delete reference to Cunnamulla as an alternate option. Thanks again.
Bob
YBCV
YBCV TAF indicates Wx above alt minima on arrival.
Alt' for YBCV is required due to PAL lighting.
Of the two alternates available,
YCMU does not have a TAF - not suitable as an alternate.
YROM - Wx and Aids OK
Aircraft is fitted with 1 x VHF and 1 x HF radio.
30 holding is required at YROM due to lighting
