G'day,
I'm sitting Irex shortly and still finding it confusing as to which publication to reference for "recent experience", looking for any insight.
An example from a cyber exam was:
"A IFR Charter flight with passengers wants to fly the last segment under Night VFR procedures, the minimum recent PIC experience is"
I referenced CAO40.2.1 para 14 but the answer was from 61.395
Any ideas?

All of the requirements for recent experience for both IFR and NGT VFR plus ratings and endorsements is now found in Part 61.
