Hi Bob,
Trying to find a reference for the determination of beginning of day for IFR flight. I know that an alt has requirements for begin of day plus ten. But what is the actual determination of this time.
* Is it just what the graph gives or is there more ?

No, BOD is BOD. It is found from the BOD/EOD charts in AIP GEN 2.7. The reference for BOD + 10 minutes holding is AIP ENR 1.1 para 58.4.5.
