Hi Bob
I've noticed a number of LNAV/VNAV (baro VNAV) approaches appearing in the DAP - Launceston, Mackay and Canberra to name a few.

If these 3D approaches are becoming common in GA aircraft, developments may have overtaken the current version of the IREX etext (page 228) - see yellow highlighted text below.
