Dear All,
In an attempt to make more sense of the "terse telegraphese" of the TAF, I drew up a worksheet to help decode the need or not for an alternate. Anyone have any suggestions for improvements or refinements, let me know. Hope it may be of use.

Here is an example. It is a bit of work, but gives me a bit of a graphical overview of a TAF
