Hey guys, I’m really struggling with TEM. What’s really not helping is the discrepancies between the Bob Tait book and other documents such as this one

For example, OPERATIONAL PRESSURES, such as tight schedules. Is it Environmental or Organisational??? Bob says it’s environmental, whereas as some documents say it’s organisational?!
Also, ERRORS... for example, FAILURE TO HOLD SHORT AT THE HOLDING POINT. Again, Bob says it’s a procedural error, when some documents says it’s handling...
Please help... The question is, what does CASA want you to know???
