For all those who are studying HPL, here are a couple of helpful resources when you get up to the Threat and Error Management topic. In my exam there were about 6 TEM questions. They were ambiguous, no doubt about it, but with these papers as well as the CAAP on Teaching and Assessing TEM, I got them all right.
Hope this helps. Happy studying!

Thanks for that Dan. There's also a few more links to TEM resources in the following forum post:

...and just as an addendum: know your CAAP 5.59!
Experience has shown that many questions use examples taken word for word out of the CAAP. Make sure you have read and understood ( ) sections 13 and 14. Section 14 talks mainly about teaching TEM but it also gives very specific examples which you would miss if you didn't cover this section as well.
Just stumbled across another good TEM resource, this time from the ATSB website:

... and here's another one. CASA's presentation on TEM

This one has concise listings of various threats etc.

This looks like the latest TEM publication? https://www.casa.gov.au/files/ac6108pdf
Does single pilot operations form part of the exam?
