I have been reading your aviation text book on HPL
and one of TEM questions made me confused 10.18
question number 3 ..
I would like you to explain it for me why the answer is B

That question had a typo. The answer should have been (a) not (b) . It has been changed in the current print of the book and it has been posted on the errata page on our web page.
