i got a question about Assertiveness from my friend, it confuse me a lot :pinch:

Assertiveness is considered a positive attribute. It is the willingness to make your point in a firm but respectful manner. When dealing with questions about TEM, it is often a good strategy to consider each of the responses,and discard the ones you consider incorrerct -these are called 'distractors'.
A. Is incorrect because it is a definition of stubbornness not assertiveness. B. Is incorrect because assertive people don't need to wait to be encouraged to speak out, they are not afraid to offer their opinion. C. Is incorrect because shouting aggressively is not the act of an assertive person. D. is the corrrect response to this question.
