Please note, if you have Issue 6, there are a couple of reference errors:
1: Page 8.6 second last paragraph refers to Maslow's Hierarchy diagram 'on the page opposite'. It is actually on the 'next' page.
2. Page 9.1 second paragraph next to the triangle talks about a good example of mind set being shown 'above' - it is actually 'in the diagram onthe left'

Thanks for that Brenton. Wouldn't it be nice if I didn't have to constantly change the text. I've made the changes and they will be incorporated in the next print of the book. Appreciate your feed-back.
