Does anyone know the correct answers for the last 4 questions (21-24) in the TEM section? The answers only go to q20.

Anyone know the answer for Revision exercise 8 Question 45?
The answer provided in Page 11.2 only go up to Question 44.

That was a printing problem for a few books.
