You notice as FO that there is a slight deviation from the flight path. You mention it to the captain but he does'nt give a reliable explanation and just put his thumps up and continue on the uncorrected flight parh. You ask again byt there is no response. If you ask again and answer is not forth coming, you
A)Tap him on the shoulder to get his attention
B) Call tone
C) Physically take over the controls

I guess it's got something to do with the 'three communication rule'. If you get no response on the third attempt, you should assume he/she is incapacitated.
