Hi guys,
Im just stuck on this question about the FDP limits and extensions, im not sure if im missing the obvious but why cant you increase the 8.5hr limit another 2 hours as per clause 3.1. I understand how to get to the 2400 answer now but i cant see any reason why you cant extend it another 2 hours.

Because the question doesn't ask you to extend the FDP
