Hi there,
I logged in to purchase the extra timed exams for my ppl study, after purchasing the first lot, and I can not seem to access the extra ones, the money has been take from my account, but the tab is still coming up grey on the home screen, my exam is on wednesday and I would love to get these practice exams done ASAP,

Hi Esha,
Orders via the online store are processed during working hours and the Extra Access product is one of those that needs to be manually activated. I stumbled across your forum post tonight and have processed the order so you should gain access to your extra attempts in the next 20 minutes once the database updates.
